All couples are fully aware that by submitting their registry information, that they are granting 2 of Hearts Honeymoons the right to publish this on their web site. In addition, the said couple understands they are responsible for all accuracy on their registry and2 of Hearts Honeymoons is not responsible for any misprints.
Also, as the honeymoon couple you understand any pictures submitted for posting on your registry web page must not violate any law, infringements, or copyright unless you are the copyright owner of such item. 2 of Hearts Honeymoons has the right to deny any pictures to be posted on the couples web page they find distasteful, obscene, hateful, or abusive.
- Honeymoon couples acknowledge they are not required to use our services to book their honeymoon and can use any outside agent and or agency they choose.
- A 7.25% service fee is charged to the guest at time of checkout for gifts on the couples registry.
- The honeymoon couple understands they are responsible for all deposits and final payments for any items booked in advance for their honeymoon. Couples who have booked their honeymoon with 2 of Hearts and have received contributions, have the option to put those contributions towards their vacation. Or, if you wish to pay everything out of pocket in advance and not use any of your registry money to pay for deposit and final payments, that is your choice. Most cruise lines and wholesalers require you to make final payments 45 to 60 days prior to your departure. All contributions made from your guests will be mailed via check or paypal
- 2 of Hearts is not liable for any brochure misprints, delays, or mechanical problems by a tour operator or wholesaler. Also, we are not responsible for any problems with hotel, resorts, tickets, excursions, transfers, etc. as well as any weather issues or acts of god. We will try and assist you as best as we can to help make your dream honeymoon a trip of a lifetime.
- All couples should work with a set budget they can spend as not all registries sell out.
- Each couple has the choice of what components are posted on their registry. Your personal 2 of Hearts representative will offer suggested components, and you have the option of pre-booking most activities in advance. However, each couple will be responsible to make any deposits or payments on said activities if necessary.
- If for any reason you need to cancel or delay your honeymoon, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you have booked your honeymoon with 2 of Hearts, you will be advised in advance of all cancellation policies by each individual wholesaler, cruise line, tour operator and any activities you have purchased in advance. A check for all purchased components will be mailed approximately 7 days after the registry closing date.
